Did the 10 thrusters at 75# just cause. Accidentally did box stepovers instead of step ups. Subbed toes to something. Ha 125-->145 on bs. Legs not having 80%.

About 9:10 with mods. Sub GHD for T2B, step-ups and Push press @ 155#
315# back squats 1 set x 3 reps and had to drop to 275 for remainder of full sets. Ill be glad when my knee and elbow arent yelling at me any more.
