WOD 151028

Joe from Aurora will be in tomorrow morning at starting at 6:30 am until roughly 7:45 am or so. Get up, get a workout and get any boo-boos evaluated. Sounds like a pretty good way to start your Wednesday. Today will be the last chance to get your 800's in. So, if you've been doing a little bit of cherry picking or just out of town you've still got a chance to do a little bit of running. To all of those that have made it all the days this week I've got great news for you, you'll be ready for a 5k. It may or may not be in your future and by may or may not I mean it is.
