Crobat

Without great posture there will never be great movement. Same goes for set up and position work. If you do not put yourself into the proper positions consistently you will continue to have results that are inconsistent. Every once in a while you will pull off a great lift but have no clue as to how it happened if you don’t even know what you did to start the process. Set yourself up for success and before all else know and practice setting up correctly. Your coach will put you in the correct position but it’s up to you to continue to set up in that position after the coach turns around and moves on to the next athlete. Trust me that you will get 100% more comfortable with the lifts if you put all your effort into taking the cues you get from the coaches and apply them every time you touch a barbell.
We will give you the information but it’s up to you to apply it.

2.) Back Squat 5 x 2 @ 85% Every 2 minutes
3.) 100 Sledgehammer Swings
