21 Thrusters
Run 400m
then
Find 1RM Thruster
WOD Cap is 10 minutes. If you finish under cap go immediately to finding 1 RM Thruster until the 13 minute time cap.
2.) 5 rounds
13 GHD Sit-ups
14 alternating arm Sledgehammer Swings. Swing like you mean it, please.
