Pressing Snatch Balance, rest 1 min.
Behind the Neck Push Press, rest 1 min.
2 separate bars, load goal is to complete without pause during reps
*3.) Cycle 3 rounds
10 Ring Pull-ups, false grip only
20 Toes to Bar
15 GHD Sit-ups

I don't understand. what does this mean. It says I have 3 notif. but not sure what they are. and I have 6 knuckles but they're duplicates ????
I see 4 notifications and 4 knuckles.

I'll have to tweak a few things. The box doesn't open like it should when you tap on it.
