Games 140611

Rules of Open Gym

1. Show up on time.
2. Do not start on your own.
3. From the last 3 days of WODs choose what you are going to do. If you do not know what you want to do we will help you out with that.
4. Notify your coach to your intentions as well as anyone standing near you. They may be more inclined to do something they really don't want to do if they have some company.
5. Warm up with class
6. Have full understanding of what you are about to do and then proceed to get it over with.
 
Today I want you all to look at the last 3 days and do the first thing that makes you think there is no effing way and do that one.

Games 140608:
1.) Find 1RM Deadift
within 30 sec. after 1 rep max complete
ME HSPU
 
Games 140609:
1.) Backsquat 6 x 6 @ 70% 5lb, every 2 minutes
As little pause as possible if any at all.
2.) Row 500m
30 Toes to Bar
Row 500m
30 Three second on top Push-ups
Row 500m
30 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20
*3.) EMOM for 15 minutes Snatch (70%) at hang from blocks (directly above knee)
*4.) EMOM for 15 minutes Clean & Jerk (70%) at hang from blocks (directly above knee)
*5.) 200m or 15 minutes Handstand Walk Practice
*6.) EMOM for 8 minutes 10 KBS 2/1.5 pood / 10 Burpees
 
Games 140610:
1.) 7 minute AMRAP
25 Double-unders
3 Power Clean 205/145lb
2 Front Squats 205/145lb
1 Strict Muscle Up
*2.) 5 rounds
10 UB Deadlift, add load each round
10 UB Bench Press
*3.) Run 5K with vest or pack, beat your last time
*4.) 7 minute Hollow Rock/Superman alternating every 30 sec.
