Triumph Mile this Friday night. Anyone that is interested we will me at the gym at 3:30pm so we can arrive an hour early to meet the young lady or gentleman we will be assisting on their mile journey. If you've been here when we have the Aspiro gang in odds are good you will run into or even be partnered up with one of them.

Starting next week Kids and Teens classes will be moving to 8:15am – 9:15am Mondays and Wednesdays. I would like to add an additional Teen class on Thursdays but I need interest. You show interest I'll make it happen. The 4;15pm regular WOD on Monday's and Wednesdays will be brought back until School starts back up.

1.) With a 60 minute running clock:
:00-:10 – 25 Squats/20 Lateral Parallette Jumps/15 Split Jumps
:10-:25 – Quad Smash
:25-:35 – 1 Rope Climb/5 Handstand Push-ups/10 Ring Dips
:35-:50 – Achilles Barbell Smash
:50-1:00 – 100 Burpees for time to 6 Target
 
*2.) Row 20 minutes
10 minutes Adductor Smash
Row 20 minutes
10 minutes Thoracic Smash
Row 20 minutes
10 minutes Hamstring Smash
