1.) Snatch 5 x 3 @ Hang
2.) 12 minute AMRAP
15 Front Squat 135/95lb
50 Double Unders
3.) 7 min Hollow Rock & Superman, alternating every 30 sec. Holds if unable to rock.
4.) Back Squat 5 x 5 @ 80%
5.) 50 Handstand Push-up for time
6.) 25 Bar Muscle-ups. Record highest number Unbroken and time
7.) Run 1 mile
