WOD 150823

New cycle of On Ramp begins Monday. Be the first newbies at the new CFGB.
Yoga is at 4pm today with T instead of 9:15am. Come and check it out today if you have a chance. I guarantee most of you could use it!

1.) Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes 10 Unbroken Deadlift 20 Push-ups. Add load each round
2.) 12 minute AMRAP
30 cal Row
20 Alternating DB Squat Snatch 70/55lb (If unable to reach full squat with DB lower weight until you can)
10 Burpees
3.) 50 GHD Sit-ups
