WOD 150825

Knees back in hang. Elbows high and outside. Keep your eyballs up. Fix your feet. Keep your arms long. Do you recognize any of these cues? I'm going to go ahead and say yes you do. These by far are the most common cues that I use every day while coaching the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. If you happen to be the recipient of any of these cues know that if you address these through patience and practice you will see dramatic improvements in your lifts almost immediately. Fix these flaws and see what happens. Trust me, it's good things!

1.) Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes 3 Strict Shoulder Press, heavier than last week
2.) Row 30 cal
30 Hang Power Snatch 115/85lb
Row 30 cal
30 Pull-ups
Row 30 cal
*3.) 25 GHD Sit-ups
5 Muscle ups
20 GHD Sit-ups
4 Muscle-ups
15 GHD Sit-ups
3 Muscle-ups
10 GHD Sit-ups
2 Muscle-ups
5 GHD Sit-ups
1 Muscle-up
*4.) 5 x 2 Clean 1 Jerk @ Hang, add load each set
*5.) Overhead Squat 3 x 10 Unbroken (No pause on top)
6.) 5 rounds
5 Back Extension
7 GH Raise, perfect No bounce
