WOD 150824

New On Ramp cycle begins today. If you don't want to do a 1 on 1 intro session prior to starting get in today. Classes start at 6:15am and 7:15pm. We will be finishing up the move this week so please bear with us for the next few days.

1.) Snatch 5 x 3 @ Hang
2.) With a 20 minute running clock
Run 1 mile
7 minutes to find 3 RM Clean
ME Burpees to target 6 above highest reach
3.) 7 min Hollow Rock & Superman, alternating every 30 sec. Holds if unable to rock.
4.) Back Squat 5 x 5 @ 80%
5.) 3 x ME Deficit Handstand Push-up
6.) Row 2K
