Grimer

Well, I don’t know about you but I for one feel like crap after my yearly Easter binge.  So now I will spend the next couple days getting it out my system and probably sucking it up as well during the next couple WOD’s.  Was it worth it? Yes and no, yes it tasted really good and it was kind of fun to just splurge.  On the other side of it, no that the moment I ingested my first piece of chocolate I no lie felt like laying down and doing nothing.  Junk food really makes me feel terrible both mentally and physically. You may all wonder why I do it every year and I’m not really sure myself but one thing I do know is that it sure as hell reinforces my belief in eating clean because it really does make life better.  Long story short have a cheat day once in a great while, don’t dwell on it when you do and come the next day get back to the task at hand, living well.
On Ramp begins today at 6:15am and 7:15pm.  If you have not gotten a chance to contact us please just show up 10 minutes early to get registered. Also, I am fully aware that the Wisconsin Badgers have made the NCAA Championship Game tonight.  It’s the fist time since 1946 so if you are conflicted and really want to watch the game just contact us today and we will take care of you so you can still get started.
