Tonight at 7:30pm we are having our very first Bring-a-Friend WOD at CFGB.  Please bring a friend to see what it is you do and why you keep coming back day after day to some of the most mentally and physically challenging workouts.  It’s going to be cool so like I said if you have someone you’d like to see workout with you on a regular basis bring them on in tonight for 7:30pm. We will have a snack or two afterwards to share and hang out for a few minutes when the workout is over.
I cannot even imagine where I would be today were it not for that handful of friends who have given me a heart full of joy. Let’s face it, friends make life a lot more fun.
