Just so I don't get any death threats from her, Happy Birthday Kayla.

1.) Back Squat 7 x 5 @ 80% 20lb
Note: 20lb is the max load you can add and minimum is 5. We will start warming up for the squats right away, so no time for chitter chatter. Get a bar and a rack asap. If you want at least 3 minutes between sets it would behoove you to move promptly today.
