Chest Hair

Holidays are over until Labor Day weekend so I don’t know about you but I know myself I need to get back on track. No matter if you’ve fallen off of your diet, workouts or taking care of that body with your mobility it’s time to fix that problem and guess who’s in charge of making that happen. Yep you guessed it, you. What has happened over the last few weeks don’t matter but what does matter is what you do today. Let’s tighten up our shit and get back to work with the intensity and drive that runs rampant though out CFGB.

1.) Chest Hair 
Every minute on the minute start at 1 rep and continue to 2,3,4 and so on until failure. Upon failure rest 5 minutes and move on to the next movement with the same rep scheme.
3/4 Body Weight Push-Press
Body Weight Back Squat
1 1/2 Body Weight Deadlift
*2.) For time:
47 Pull-ups
57 GHD Sit-ups
*3.) C&J 60/2, 70/2, 75/2×2, 80/2, 85/2×1
*4.) Snatch Pull 80/3, 90/2×3, 95/3, 100/3, 110/2
*5.) Split Jerk 65/3, 70/2×3, 75/2×2, 80/2×2, 85/1
Front Squat 75/3, 80/2×3, 85/2×2, 90/2, 95/1, 100/1
*6.) Max effort cal Airdyne 5 minutes
