WOD 150810

The best thing about the new gym is the fact that everything will be close to you so we can spend more time concentrating on getting work done and less on running all over the place. The next best thing is when the work is done we are going to have a place to hang out to get some extra credit done or to just sit and talk about life with others. A community. It's coming along nicely and if you haven't had a chance yet stop over and take a look at her as we'll be there for the next 3 weeks chipping away at the move and build out. Let's go ahead and have ourselves a good, productive and healthy week!

The saddest part of the human race is we're obsessed with this idea of 'us and them,' which is really a no-win situation, whether it's racial, cultural, religious or political.
Dave Matthews
