WOD 130812

So we begin another 6 weeks of fun today. We will be squatting 4 days a week for a while, once during regular WODs and then the 3 other days as part of extra credit. It’s going to be a Smolov style hoot
This next six weeks is all up to you, how bad to you want it. What exactly it is is entirely up to you but know this every member of CFGB is going to be trained as if they wanted to be the next Rich Froning or Sam Briggs. Whether it be games bound or just to get around, the details are important to us all no matter what demographic you may fall into
Stay tuned for the Lurong Challenge information. We are going to win this thing this year and the only way we are going to do it is though commitment from you
If you do not have a HBBS 1RM you will have 20 minutes to do so at the beginning of class

1.) HBBS 6 x 6 @ 70% 1R
2.) WOD

1.) 20 minutes to complete 15 Clean & Jerk reps off the blocks @ High Hang for total loa
2.a) 3 x 5 Pause Front Squats 3 sec
2.b) 3 x 5 Push Jer
