WOD 130817

Pilates 7:30am-8:30a
No class at 8:15am. See below Free Class moved to 9:30a
Stupid 1000 Burpees begin 9:00am-11:23 or so. (I just threw up a little in my mouth again.
Free WOD 9:30am Sharp. Show up early as in 15-20 minutes early
Team 1000 Burpees will start at 10:30a
Regular WOD if everything works out to my thinking will also start at 10:30am. Anyone that does not want to participate in the burpees can come and get their work done and the only stipulation is Tom and I will get to coach your PR attempts while we do burpees
A donation of $10 to however much you wish to give is appreciated. Lets fill up the money jars for the Wounded Warrior Project & The Susan B Komen Event. All money to be handled by my favorite accountant and fellow Ramaleo wearer Kelly Runge. Receipts will be available, just wink twice at Kelly for it:) Or just ask
We will have Burgers, snack and the greatest liquid refreshment there is, water. Food tickets for purchase with all proceeds going to these charities as well.
Justin and Kelly set this whole thing up so make sure you thank them

I promise we will earn every cent you can give as 10 burpees suck but 1000 of them is just plain not funny.
