WOD 130828

On Ramp Starts next Tuesday, not Monday.
Let’s celebrate this Wednesday by walking around on our hands, sitting in an uncomfortable position for minutes at a time, rowing, squatting and finish it off with a little cleaning and jerkin. It’s going to be a fun day

1.) 7 x 5 HBBS @ 75% 1RM 10lb rest no longer than 2 min
2.) EMOM for 8 minutes 3 Position Clean (HH,H,F) 1 Split Jerk, heavier than last wee
