WOD 130816

1000 Like Celebration this Saturday. Come check out our expanded facility and participate or watch a bunch of people doing burpees for charity. 1000 of them to be exact. Tom & Grant will be finishing up their mission to complete 100,200,300,400,500,600,700,800,900 and finally now 1000 burpees for every 100 earned likes on Fb. Per Burpee donation forms are at the box. We will be donating all proceeds to The Susan B Komen Event and the Wounded Warrior Project.
This WOD is going to be a hoot. Happy Friday.

1.) 8 x 4 HBBS @ 80% 1R
2.) WOD
Run 1 mile (9 minute cap. If your mile time is longer than 9 minutes reduce to 1200m
200 DU’s (8 minute cap
