WOD 141110

This week marks the start of Hero week. We have this leading up to Grant's return from basic training in the Wisconsin National Guard.
These workouts are brutal, but they're to be completed for a reason. These soldiers gave their lives for our country so the least you can do when you want to rest and you don't think you can do another rep is to think of the sacrifice and suck it up.
They shed their blood for us, we can at least shed some sweat for them.
