WOD 141120

Well the snow has arrived in full force and that means a couple things for us at the gym.
1. Roads are more dangerous so make sure you leave a few minutes earlier to get to the gym on time.
2. Wear a different pair of shoes into the gym. DO NOT wear your workout shoes before you get to the gym and then come tromping around getting snow everywhere. Change your shoes in the front entry way before you come into the workout area. Also, in conjunction with #1: being in the front entry way changing your shoes when class starts does not count for being on time. Come early to give yourself time to change shoes, take off jackets, gloves, hats etc. I don't feel like waiting around on you and neither does anyone else.
3. Be careful coming into the parking lot. Some classes get very busy and there are a lot of cars out there. We don't want any accidental fender benders!
4. We're giving you the heads up that the gym will always be kept at 60 degrees during the winter so plan accordingly. If you need extra time to get warm, show up 5 min sooner to class.
