Sprint 100m
12 Power Clean & Jerk 115/85lb
12 Front Rack Lunge 115/85lb
2.) 5 Rounds
5 Pressing Snatch Balance, rest 45 sec. Add load each round.  If upward pressing movement begins rep it is too heavy.
5 Behind the neck Push-press, rest 45 sec. Add load each round
