Jolteon

Ray, Jake and myself will be gone the next two weeks for our annual training. The next two weeks of programming is identical minus a few extra credit items from this same time last year. To see your posted score from last year all you need to do for example is if the the WOD is WOD 150606 then search for WOD 140606.  Use these two weeks to evaluate how you’ve grown or what you still may need to work on. I will be doing more comparing of workouts when I get back so you may want to start posting your scores on the website. This will allow you to see your progress or as Bud calls them gainz!
Free community class as usual today at 8:15am. Please join Justin and Alyssa in what sure will be a challenging workout.
To the athletes competing in The Gauntlet at CrossFit DePere go do what you do and as always have fun.

1.) Partner WOD
30 Minute record rounds and total 400’s
1 person runs 400m with Sandbag
1  person completes 10 Burpee Pull-ups, 10 Push Press 135/95lb, 10 Front Rack Lunges 135/95lb
Changes on the run
*2.) 5 Rounds
10 UB Deadlift, add load each round
10 Hurdle Jumps
