2015 Regionals Event 3

Well we will cap off the week with this bad boy from the individual regionals.  The cap is 26 minutes. The individual competitors had to end this at 26 minutes so will all of us, no exceptions! I recommend the majority of us attempt half of the repsof the workout with the same time cap as you will have a greater chance of getting through all the movements within the cap. Have fun with this and just keep moving.

1-mile run (800m Run)
50 overhead squats (135 / 95 lb.) (25 overhead squats)
100 GHD sit-ups (50 GHD sit-ups)
150 double-unders (75 double-unders)
50 sumo deadlift high pulls (135 / 95 lb.) (25 sumo deadlift high pulls)
100 box jump overs (24 / 18 in.) (50 box jump overs)
Time cap: 26 minutes
