Hey everyone, just a reminder that our schedule is transitioning to summer hours.
How does this affect you?
Kids/teens classes are every Monday and Wednesday at 1:30pm.
Adults will now have the 4:15pm class back in session for Monday’s and Wednesday’s.
1.) Backsquat 6 x 6 @ 70%, every 2 minutes
As little pause as possible if any at all.
2.) Row 500m
30 Toes to Bar
Row 500m
30 Three second on top Push-ups
Row 500m
30 Burpee Box Jumps 24/20
