Looking through the schedule for this week made me say to myself this is going to be a fun week. We got some great training ahead and fun it will be….. a sick and twisted kinda fun but definitely fun.

3.) Shoulder Press 3 x 8 @ 55%
4.) 50 GHD Sit-ups
