4 rounds + 5 press. 55# press and mod ring pulls and dips. Resorted to singles on the presses the last couple rounds...
Clean and jerk @ 85#, 87#, 90#, 87, 87. Getting used to the lifters. Jerk used to be easiest part of moment for me whereas it’s now the opposite. Not getting under bar enough.
