Games 140604:
1.) 4 rounds
500m Row
2 min. ME Triple Unders
Record each row and total number to TU’s. Rows are to be negatives.
2.) ME Strict MU’s Zero Kip, 1 attempt
*3.) 9 minutes, if you complete all reps after the HS walk work your way back up the ladder.
50 sledgehammer tire hits
40 Kettlebell Swings 1.5/1
30 Toes to Bar
20 Deficit HSPU 2/1
10m Handstand Walk
*4.) 15 UB Snatch, record weight (10 burpee penalty for each rep short of 15 so pick wisely)
*5.) 15 UB Clean & Jerk (10 burpee penalty for each rep short of 15 so pick wisely)
*6) 200 DU’s for time
 
Games 140605:
1.) Every 5 minutes for 25 minutes
10 UB Front Squats
10 36/30 Box Jumps
Squats preferably from the floor but if your clean is not up snuff use a rack. Add load each round. UB means unbroken, zero rest in any position. If you need to rest it is too heavy.
*2.) Reps of 21-15-9
Pressing Snatch Balance, rest 1 min.
Behind the Neck Push Press, rest 1 min.
2 separate bars, load goal is to complete without pause during reps
*3.) Cycle 3 rounds
10 Ring Pull-ups, false grip only
20 Toes to Bar
15 GHD Sit-ups
 
Games 140606:
1.) Partner WOD
30 Minute record rounds and total 400’s
1 person runs 400m with Sandbag
1 person completes 10 Burpee Pull-ups, 10 Push Press 135/95lb, 10 Front Rack Lunges 135/95lb

10 UB Deadlift
10 Hurdle Jumps
Add load each round

20 Banded Ring Dips (fast and deep)
