WOD 140421

Alright time to put the chocolate down and get back to work. Our nutritional seminar is is the works with me and Nick, so stay tuned. I have added a warm-up to the daily posts in an attempt to get us warmed up better before we start everyday as well as a clock schedule. I know we squeeze a lot into an hour every day but that's just what we do so we just gotta manage it better. As far as the warm-up it will be posted on the board and we will have 10 minutes to get it completed every day, get it done. Now I'm not sure if all of you have witnessed what we are doing with our daily meat head session but we are giving you 20 minutes to accomplish it. We will go through position work and then whatever it may be from an EMOM to a 5 x 10 UB Backsquats with 90 sec rest in between sets you are going to manage your time. It is going to allow us to be better coaches as far as 1 on 1 time and allow those that need longer to warm-up to take that extra time. Just a note if you end up finishing early please start setting yourself up for the WOD. We are constantly trying to improve our little gym so after regionals we will be handing out Coach Evaluations to all members to make sure our coaches are giving you everything you expect from a coach at CFGB. It'll also be a great way to give credit to where credit is due for those coaches going above and beyond! All right let's start this week with a clean slate, diet and workouts.

:10-:30 2.) 5 x 3 Snatch Touch-n-go Triples
:30-:50 3.) WOD
3 Rounds
Run 400m
20 DB Snatch 70/50lb
:50-1:00 4.) 7 minutes alternating every 30 sec. Hollow Rock/Superman
