WOD 140427

May On Ramp 1 week from tomorrow. Monday the 5th we begin a 4 week introduction to movement, nutrition and all things CrossFit. It's time to give CrossFit a go, of course I'd prefer everyone to come to CFGB but if it's too far to drive or just too intimidating there are many options from Jason at Titletown CrossFit, Joe at Reddoor CrossFit, Matt at CrossFit 920, Courtney and Chase at CrossFit One Shot or Brian at CrossFit DePere. I'd recommend you try every gym and see which one suits you best as each one of us offer a free class every Saturday to show off our facilities and what it is we do. Don't let everyone tell you what CrossFit is or isn't come and find out for yourself! CrossFit is changing the world of fitness no matter what the naysayers think or say! Now let it change your world and find out what being strong really means.

Have a great Sunday!
