Games 140703

On Friday, July 11th and finishing Sunday July 13th, we will be holding a WOD Challenge consisting of three WODs. Each 4 person team will complete WODs 1 & 2 but only the top six teams as determined by the fastest times in WODs 1 & 2 will compete in the final WOD. This event is for fun and to raise money to help send athletes to Carson, CA for the CrossFit Games in late July. There will be a trophy for the first place team. The entrance fee is $100 per team.

Run 800m
50 Squats

50 Pull-ups
*2.) 3 rounds
Row 500m/50 Double Unders/10 Power Cleans 155/105lb
Rest 1:1
*3.) 50 perfect Turkish Get-ups. Work on each position with your mind on the details on your way up and down. Alternating 45/35lb
