Games 140715

CrossFit evens the playing field between the average athlete and the naturally gifted athlete by teaching everyone how the body operates. Teaching an athlete how to move through an understanding and practice of great posture is a necessary requirement prior to starting movement because without that knowledge movement will always be inconsistent. Once the athlete is given this knowledge then the rest is up to them, how bad do they want it.

1.) Strict Nicole
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400m
Max rep Strict Pull-ups
*2.) EMOM for 15 minutes 1 Snatch @ 80%
*3.) EMOM for 15 minutes 1 Clean & Jerk @ 80%
*4.) 7 minutes alternating every 30 sec. Hollow Rock/Superman

Home WOD cause Im an introvert today
1-2-3-4-5-10-15-20-15-10-5-4-3-2-1 of burpees while doing 10-20-30-20-10 of DUs between each burpee until I was done. Which is 100 burpees and 300 DUs. 37:58 was my time but a neighbor stopped by to chat - ugh.
