All right CrossFitters, this coming Friday, July 11th is the first night of our fund raising WODs. There are still plenty of spots available for Friday and Sunday. Sign up today! If you need people for a team, let us know and we will team people up. The first Friday WODs are at 4:30, 5:00, 5:30 and 6:00. The Sunday WODs are at 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 10:30, 12:00 and 12:30 with the top six teams competing at 1:30 for the Fittest Trophy. Get your team signed up today! We are nearing our fundraising dinner event and are in need of a few things. If you can help with any of the following items, please comment what you can help with. Here is what we are looking for:
10 Gas Grills
Grilling Utensils
4 Large Nesco Cookers
12 Large Tables
100 Folding Chairs
Steak knives
If you can help with any of these items, please post. We will figure out a way to get the stuff to the gym for the event! Thank you.
