Games 140716

If you keep your ego in check and never stop learning you will succeed in this whole CrossFit thing. Few pointers to remember everyone is sore, everyone gets boo-boos and everyone is exhausted during the WOD's. EVERYONE. What separates the field however is how the individual athlete handles these things. When sore do you ignore it or work on mobility? When you get an injury do you think life is over or do you concentrate on the things you can do while giving your injury a chance to heal? When you feel exhausted do you slow down or do you batten down the hatches, stay the course and get it done? At the end of the day how you handle these 3 situations will decide your fate at CrossFit Green Bay so choose wisely.

Today I made this my personal hero WOD for my Dad who died a year ago today. You all have helped me finish this year stronger mentally and physically. Thank you for embracing me into the CFGB family.
