1.) 30 minutes to find 1RM Snatch and Clean & Jerk. No more than 3 misses.
2.) 5 Rounds
5 Deadlift 315/220lb
5 Bar Muscle-ups (if unable to attain bar muscle-ups replace with Burpee Chest to Bar Pull-ups)
3.) 10 x 5 UB Zero Pause Back Squat every 90 seconds @ 65%
