WOD 141223

Position work, position work, position work! We do it and do it often because it's pretty damn important. In order for position work to be effective you the athlete need to do one small thing, be consistent. Consistent as in when you are going into high hang, hang or whatever position we are working on you are set up the same way every time. Changing your set-up will constantly change the outcome of the movement and when you finally hit that angel like snatch you'll have the devil to blame because you'll have no clue what in the hell you did to get it. Start with posture first, every time all the time then work your way into your position and proceed. Once you are consistent with your positions we will really be able to dial you in so your are able to hit that next PR and then move on to the PR after that.
