It's time we have a talk…….. Why are you with CrossFit Green Bay? Is it the coaching? The massive amount of equipment? The amount of classes? The personal attention you get? Maybe your here just for Sam? Whatever your reason is I want to thank you for spending your hard earned money to train here. I want to create an environment based off of all of those reasons including Sam. A place that you can walk in scared and walk out accomplished able to say to yourself Hey, I did it everyday. Where else in life do we get that personal accomplishment on a daily basis? Life has an incredible way of bringing us down and often we fall into a rut that is very hard to rise above. My aim is to get you out of that rut and to believe in yourself every time you walk through the doors at CrossFit Green Bay. We have some great things in store for 2015 from an official Barbell Club to a more individual tailored On Ramp program that will help all you newbies progress in the most efficient way possible. You are all the reason that CrossFit Green Bay is the best and will continue to thrive in the years to come. I make a promise to you that we will have the most equipment, best coaches, most classes and the greatest community know to mankind because that is what you pay for and that is what you're going to get! Oh and Sam will always be there to greet you when you walk in too.
