WOD 141214

On the seventh day God rested and he said go forth and do CrossFit. No? Ok, so I don't think those were the exact words but what the heck, go forth and CrossFit anyways. Get up and do the WOD, go to Church if that's what you do, watch a little football, get your weekly meal prep done and enjoy the day. It's the only December 14th, 2014 we get so make the most out of it.

1.) 20 minutes to find 1RM Turkish Get-up
2.) One round every 5 minutes for 20 minutes:
Run 400m
15 WallBalls
10 Hang Snatch 115/85lb
