WOD 141218

Hey guys and gals lacking motivation to workout here's your motivation-social interaction, makes you actually aware of your diet, gives you a daily dose of accomplishment, improves your posture, unlimited snatch jokes, get to work out with you entire family, you look better in a swimsuit. The list could go on and on. Tell me what's your motivation, maybe your motivation can help motivate someone else. Heck there's another motivation to workout, help someone else struggling with their health. Take it from me there is no better feeling at the end of the day than to know you affected another in a positive way. Come work out, grunt a little bit, throw some weights around and just enjoy the ride.
