WOD 141212

Embrace today and learn from the past. If something in your past still dictates your today and the results are always the same it's time to leave it in the past. Too often we think of things undone in our past not realizing what we thought was unfinished is actually finished. We just can't live with the reality so we keep hope that tomorrow, the next day or the next day after that will change the outcome. Make today a new day, be thankful you are still upright and move on to make sure the new past you are creating is finished. Tell your spouse you love them, spend time with your children, go for that job, commit to your health, help someone in need, say sorry for a mistake. Just do something but this time finish it so you are not spending the rest of your days keeping your past in your present.

4.) Back Squat 5 x 8 @ 75% UB Zero Pause every 2 minutes

Worked up to 305# Jerk and 5x8 Back Squat at 75% (325#) w/0-sec pause EMOT2-M. Got through 4 sets with 0-sec pause. 5th set had to take a few breaths at the top of each rep to ensure form. Crazy difficult!
