We will be closing out 2014 Honoring U.S. Army First Lieutenant Daren M. Hidalgo, 24, of Waukesha, Wisconsin. Bring outdoor gear.
With 2015 approaching CrossFit Green Bay will be entering in to the next phase to becoming the best CrossFit in world. We believe in making the greatest possible athletes through our world class coaching and facility.
CFGB will be home to Green Bay Barbell starting this January offering another avenue to those that want to compete in the Sport of Olympic Weightlifting as well as those who want to supplement their current training. Membership will include:
– Group training sessions
– A progressive strength training program
– On-going individualized technique assessments
– Competition preparation and coaching
CrossFit Green Bay is dedicated to you through our belief that we can never stop learning and that is what we aim to do. We will continue to get better in order to serve the goals and expectations of our current members as well as every new member that walks through our doors. This train is going to roll into 2015 like thunder. The first On Ramp of the year begins January 5th. All Aboard!
