WOD 141220

Please join us for the free WOD at 8:15am. We will teach you all a few things and then proceed to make you really, really tired! When it is all over though you will feel, well probably still tired but at some point afterwards you will feel like you conquered the world! See you there!

1.) 30 minutes to find 1 RM Snatch and Clean & Jerk. No more than 3 misses per lift.
2.) First set do 1 of each, second 2 of each, third 3 of each and so on until time expires, 12 minutes
