WOD 141216

CrossFit Green Bay is a team. Every member of this place is on the team. We all do the same workouts, sure they are scaled to our abilities but at the end of the day we are are all training to be champions. Some champions of life and some to get on that podium. With the 2015 CrossFit Games Open coming up it is time to start pushing those that want that podium and those that have dreams of the podium in the future. Over the next 3 months let's work with the attitude and intensity that we all want to make it back to the CrossFit Games. Let's make a run for The CrossFit Games and when we finally get on that podium you will know you had a part of it!
