Porterhouse

Tomorrow will be the last Team WOD open to all members of the gym so make sure you come check it out!
It’s tomorrow at noon, and then after that we will start having Swim WODs hosted at various homes of gracious members of our gym. 
1.) Porterhouse 
5 rounds
12 Back Squat 185/120lb
20 Box Jump 24/20″
2.) Partner quad smash 3 minutes each leg. If time allows also smash calves/achilles.
