Qualifier Workout 3

The workout is a little out of order due to the million different standards and divisions in this years Granite Games. Sorry, well kinda. Anyways, we will do the workout first and then you need to pick at least one extra credit to do afterwards. 
I want to send a note to our crew headed down to Austin, Texas to represent Green Bay Barbell. Ty, Josie and Islie. Ty has coached these two young ladies for some time and I do believe they are going to do us all proud! Kick some ass butt kids!
