Jovial

We’ve been hitting a lot of moderate weight, high rep workouts lately and I know I haven’t seen enough of our athletes doing deep tissue mobility with partner smashing and lacrosse balls. 
Speaking of lacrosse balls, where the heck did they all go? If you “borrowed one to work on mobility at home”, please bring it back because we need to actually use them at the gym.
