Spider

This Saturday we will be hosting our 2nd Bi-Annual Beer Mile at the Soletski Residence. 4 beers 4 400m runs and we will have a scaling option for our non drinking athletes in form of doughnuts. Race kicks off at high noon and followed by an afternoon of swimming and food afterwards. Bring the family and remember no peeing in the pool you bunch of animals. To prepare for this great event Wednesday evening our partner Aurora BayCare Sports Medicine as well as SCHEELS are bringing back The Dairyland Mile. A one night opportunity for us all to get on a track and bust out an official mile time. The event is taking place at Kaukauna High School 1701 County Road CE Kaukauna, WI US 54130. The WOD that day will be run 1 mile for time so if you can’t make it to the track you can still have a time. I promise you it will be more fun at the track though! Bring your family and get signed up. You have until tonight at midnight to sign up for $20 after that it will be $25.
