I will be heading out of town for 2 weeks for my Annual Training at Ft. McCoy. If you need anything from me please shoot me a message or stop in to the gym to see me before Saturday morning. I look forward to spending the next couple weeks training and even look more forward to getting back refreshed and ready to crush the second half of 2016 with you all!
