Regular schedule as always tomorrow with our free community WOD at 8:15am. 

Don’t forget to come watch or participate in the 2016 CrossFit Green Bay Weightlifting Open where we see our members get 3 attempts at snatch and clean & jerk. It starts at 11:30am!

1.) 30 Minutes to find 1RM Snatch or 1RM Clean & Jerk
2.) Climb
7 minutes up the ladder
5 Front Squat 95/65, 135/95, 185/120, 225/155, 275/185
5 Box Jumps 24/20″
